Senior User Experience Designer

The Senior User Experience (UX) Designer is responsible for the development of the overall user experience as well as visual design of Usablenet mobile solutions. This is a client-facing role that reports to the Director of UX. Candidate will manage a team of interaction/visual designers. We seek a candidate who is a skilled designer who really cares about the details, is able to manage and direct teams and projects, and who thrives in fast-paced working environments.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Manage a team of 5+ interaction / visual designers.
  • Ensuring the highest quality output and level of professionalism from the team.
  • Responsive to business priorities and setting clear expectations around timelines and deliverables.
  • Facilitating environments to encourage creative exploration / ideas exchange.

Project Manager

The Project Manager (PM) role is to be the primary client service contact between clients and Usablenet. This position reports to the Project Management Director. The Project Manager's primary responsibilities include managing day-to-day project workflow and client communication.

 

Under the supervision of the Team Lead, manage day-to-day project work flow including client communications.
Outline initial implementation plan, monitor and test clients' projects as they are developed.
Manage communications with internal resources.
Develop productive, enjoyable client relationships.
Assist with creation and maintenance of project documentation, including status reports, project schedules and budgets, and post-mortem reviews.
Work with and coordinate the work of other Project Managers within your team to ensure team success and efficient use of resources.

Knowledge/Qualifications/Skills
At least five years of experience working in client facing-technology and services project management.
Strong working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
Experience of online ecommerce business environments and solutions.
Strong working knowledge of current and mobile technologies such as HTTP, Objective C, Java, JavaScript and XML.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, FogBugz, JIRA, Visio, Omnigraffle, Balsamiq, Basecamp etc.
Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem solving capabilities.
Ability to remain positive and encouraging during stressful situations.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate issues, identifying future choke points and working ahead of time to alleviate potential issues.
Experience developing mobile websites or applications a plus.

Senior Business Development Executive

The Senior Business Development Executive (SBDE) is responsible for securing new clients for Usabenet by developing executive level contacts and closing new business with a value-oriented sales approach. We seek disciplined, self-motivated, and competitive hunters to join our sales tradition and grow the Usablenet client roster.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Ability to achieve and exceed a revenue quota
  • Effective negotiation of complex sales cycles and technical agreements
  • Ability to close complex SaaS deals while managing both internal and client expectations

 

Education, Technical Skills, Training, and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 6+ years experience
  • Ability to take full ownership of client relationships (DM level and above) to answer questions and resolve issues

Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for prospecting new client accounts and liaising with Senior Business Development Executives to win new clients and generate new business. The Business Development Executive is primarily responsible for securing client prospect meetings with executive level contacts.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with team members to deliver results and meet goals established by the Business Development Team Lead
  • Prospecting for new clients, including:
    • Cold calling
    • Effective written and digital prospecting
    • Prospecting research and prospect qualification

Education, Technical Skills, Training, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years relevant sales experience
  • Ability to work as part of team and collaborate with others
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of expertise, proficiency and aptitude with technology including but not limited to MS Office Suite, general database programs such as Salesforce, and Internet and web deployed communication
  • Strong communication, negotiation, process, analytical and presentation skills
  • Successful track record of selling services within an assigned prospect list

Strategic Account Manager

The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) role is to be the overall liaison between clients and Usablenet resources, while growing the value of each assigned account. This position reports to the Regional Director. The Strategic Account Manager's primary responsibilities include deepening and broadening client relationships, and helping clients achieve their strategic goals.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Ability to achieve and exceed a revenue quota
  • Manage and develop deep client relationships through the full life-cycle of the account – pre-sales support, onboarding, ongoing account and project management and monthly/quarterly business reviews
  • Provide strategy to help clients achieve their goals.
